Total Body Fitness has completed their 3 race Duathlon and 3 race Mountain Bike Cross Country series at Granite Bay. Once again "Team Brown" were the series champs for the relay, with Justine Brown providing the running legs for all three races. Her biking partners were Tony Mikacich, Rich Elmore and Jim (who was temporarily sidelined by injury). Jim rode the third race and clinched the title. Congratulations!
TBF continues their multisport events through the year - Total Body Fitness.
Next up after the TBF series ends in March is the Prairie City race series starting April 2nd. http://racemtbikes.com
